Ford Aussie Hoops
Ford Aussie Hoops is Basketball Australia’s official introductory program, providing a fun and inclusive Basketball experience for 5-10-year-olds that serves as an introduction to a lifetime of involvement in the game. In addition to promoting healthy and active lifestyles, the program serves as a platform for social development and inclusion – fostering stronger and more vibrant communities and individuals.
Ford Aussie Hoops has been designed in three staged programs to ensure that for each age group, participants are participating in activities and games that are relevant to their physical and mental capabilities, which will increase in competitiveness until participants are ready to transition into local club competitions.

- New Aussie Hooper – $190 plus $50 pack = $240.
- Choice of 3 participant packs
- Returning Aussie Hooper – $170 (pack is optional)
RydeX Sessions
- Saturday Mornings – from 2nd May to 27th June.
- RydeX Stadium (28 Eagle Street, Ryde)
- Boys – Ages 5 to 11yrs old – 9.30am to 10.30am
- Girls – Ages 5 to 11yrs old – 10am to 11am
Concord Sessions
- Monday afternoons – from 20th April to 29th June.
- Concord Oval Recreation Centre (8 Gipps Street, Concord)
- Girls & Boys – Ages 5 to 11yrs old – 5pm to 6pm
